The software licence depends on where you buy

Wabrio is sold on four platforms. On CodeCanyon the software is licensed under Envato’s Regular or Extended licence (codecanyon.net/licenses/standard). On Codester it is licensed under Codester’s Regular or Extended licence (codester.com/info/licenses), whose Extended licence allows unlimited projects and redistribution of the source only as part of a larger project. Those marketplace terms are fixed by the marketplace and govern purchases made there; nothing on this website changes them.

Purchases made in our own stores on Lemon Squeezy and Payhip are licensed under the direct-store licence below, which we publish as the seller. Prices and support terms shown on this website are informational; the checkout page of the platform you buy on is authoritative for the amount charged.

Direct-store licence (Lemon Squeezy and Payhip purchases)

These are our own terms, written by the author of Wabrio, for copies bought in our Lemon Squeezy store or our Payhip store. They replace any default end-user licence the store platform would otherwise apply, including the personal, non-commercial end-user licence in Payhip’s Terms of Use (section 6): for this product, commercial use is permitted as set out below. They are not Envato’s or Codester’s terms and do not apply to purchases made there.

Regular (single install): a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to install and run one production copy of Wabrio, plus one staging or development copy, for your own business or for a service whose users are not charged to use it. You may modify the source for that install. You may not sell, sublicense, rent or give away the source, modified or not, and you may not operate the install as a paid service to third parties.

Extended (unlimited projects): a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to install and run Wabrio in any number of your own projects, including software-as-a-service offerings where your tenants pay you for plans, credits or a platform fee, and white-labelled deployments for clients you host or hand over as part of a larger project you deliver. You may modify the source for those projects. You may not resell or redistribute the source as a standalone product, with or without changes, and you may not offer it on a marketplace.

Both tiers: one licence key activates one production domain at a time; deactivating in the super-admin frees the key for a move. Six months of support from the purchase date, covering feature questions, bugs and the documented install paths; updates through the in-app updater are free for the life of the product. Meta, hosting, AI and payment-provider accounts and their fees are yours. Refunds follow the policy published on the store page; a refunded key is disabled and its install shows a licence notice while tenants keep working. The software is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law our liability for the direct-store licence is limited to the price paid.

This website and the demo

You may browse this website and use the demo to evaluate the software. The demo is read-only and shows sample data; do not enter real customer data in it or use it for anything unlawful. We may change or withdraw the demo at any time.

Content on this website is provided as is. We correct mistakes when we find them but do not promise that every statement is complete or current.

Licence verification and updates

Installed copies verify an Envato purchase code, a Lemon Squeezy or Payhip licence key, or a key we issued for a Codester order with this website and fetch signed update manifests from it. We provide these services free of charge to licence holders for as long as the item is on sale and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we aim to keep them available at all times. If they are unavailable, the software continues to run on a grace period by design.

A purchase that the platform reports as refunded or disputed, or a key the platform disables, is marked revoked; the install then shows a notice to the super admin and stops receiving updates, while its tenants keep working. Codester refunds are recorded by us by hand.

Third parties

WhatsApp and the Cloud API are provided by Meta under Meta’s terms and pricing. Payment gateways, AI providers and hosting are provided by their operators under their terms. Wabrio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website, the demo, the licence API or the update manifests. Liability for the software is governed by the licence you bought it under: Envato’s, Codester’s or our direct-store licence above.
