Who we are

This website sells the Wabrio software and runs two small services for installed copies of it. The operator is the CodeCanyon author of Wabrio [legal name and address to be filled before launch]. Questions go to the contact page.

What this website collects

The pages are static. We do not set cookies and we do not run advertising trackers. If analytics are enabled, we use Plausible, which stores no personal data and no cookies; aggregate page views are all it reports.

The contact form sends your name, email, topic, message and, if you add it, your purchase code to us so we can reply. We keep messages for as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than 24 months.

The licence API

Installed copies of Wabrio call this website to verify a purchase (an Envato purchase code, a Lemon Squeezy or Payhip licence key, or the key we issued for a Codester order) and, once a day, to renew a signed licence file. For each verification we store the platform, a hash of the code or key, the platform’s order or key reference, the licence rights, the support expiry date, the buyer name or email the platform reports, the install domain, the software version and, if the install opted in, the IP address of the install. Lemon Squeezy and Payhip also send us order and refund notifications for keys of this product. We never receive tenant, contact or message data from an install.

This data is used to issue licence files, to detect refunds, and to help with support. It is kept for the lifetime of the licence and deleted on request.

Update manifests

Installed copies also read update manifests from this website. These are public static files; the request carries no personal data beyond what any web request carries (IP address, user agent), which the hosting provider logs for a short time.

Processors

Hosting: Vercel Inc. Licence records: Upstash Inc. (Redis). Purchase verification: Envato Pty Ltd (author API), Lemon Squeezy LLC (licence API and webhooks), Payhip Ltd (licence API and webhooks); Codester (Soniq Internet Media B.V.) orders are matched by hand in its seller dashboard. Contact messages may be forwarded to the messaging tool we use for support [to be filled].

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction or deletion, or object to processing by writing through the contact page. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your supervisory authority.
